Shares provides its services in the European Union through 2 entities: Shares Financial Assets as an Investment Firm for stocks and ETFs, and Shares Digital Assets as a Digital Asset Service Provider for crypto assets. Shares Financial Assets and Shares Digital Assets are Simplified Stock Companies, respectively registered in Paris under n° 914 036 793 and n° 910 194 539 and both located at 38 rue de Mathurins, 75008, Paris.

Both of the entities are regulated and supervised by the ACPR (French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority) and the AMF (Financial Markets Authority).
