What documents are accepted to verify my Client's bank account?

In certain cases, we may require additional documentation to confirm the Client’s ownership of the bank account.

Before sending us your Client’s documents, here are some instructions:

  • Documents can be PDFs, photos or screenshots. Please note that these must be of good quality so that we can decipher the document;

  • All documents must be provided in full (all four corners visible), not just extracts from them;

  • The documents must include your Client’s first and last name, and the Client’s bank account number.

Below is a list of acceptable documents for proving the ownership of the bank account:

  • Bank statement

  • RIB (Relevé d'Identité Bancaire), which is a statement of banking identity given by the French bank.

  • Other banking documents (e.g. proof of account ownership, statement of fees, official banking letters related to an account)

  • It should be a document from the same account the transfer was made from

  • Bank account number has to be clearly visible

  • It should be a statement from a personal account or joint account
