At Shares, we are committed to providing transparency and clarity regarding the fees associated with PEA.
Only the service fee applies to PEA accounts. This fee is charged by Shares for each execution as part of the standard transaction costs. It is deducted from the invested amount and is visible during the order review as well as in the “Activity” section.
What is the Service fee rate?
The table below shows the service fee rates based on the investment amounts.

PEA | 0.5% for amounts below 200€
1€ for amounts between 200€ and 500€
0.2% for amounts above 500€ |
How is the service fee charged?
Example: If you place an order within your PEA account for a total of 300 EUR and there is a transaction fee of 1 EUR, the fee will be deducted from the total amount. As a result, 299 EUR will be available for purchasing the asset.
