How to initiate withdrawals from CTO accounts on the Shares Pro platform?

Everything you need to know about withdrawing Client funds.

If the Client has available cash in their CTO account, you may initiate a withdrawal request on their behalf. Please note that the Client’s email confirmation is required to finalise the process. Withdrawn funds are usually credited within a few business days.

Steps to initiate a withdrawal request:

  1. Select Client: Log in to Shares Pro platform and select the Client from the left menu.

  2. Access available cash: Click the “€ available” button in the Client’s CTO account.

  3. Initiate withdrawal: Click the “Withdraw” button.

  4. Enter amount: Enter the withdrawal amount and click “Send request.”

  5. Confirm request: A confirmation message appears, and the withdrawal amount shows as pending.

  6. Client approval: The Client receives an email to review and approve the withdrawal request.

  7. Final confirmation: Once your Client approves the withdrawal, both you and the Client will receive confirmation emails.
