As of now, it’s not possible to change your mobile number or email in-app, please get in touch with our support team!
You can easily change your PIN by opening the application and selecting "Forgot your passcode?" on the login screen.
If you are only onboarded for the social profile, you will be able to request a PIN change by emailing our support. Don't be afraid to do so because they'll be happy to assist!
If you have fully activated both your social and trading accounts, you will be prompted to enter your birthday and national insurance number (NIN). You will be able to change your PIN once both fields have been correctly filled in.
Your residence address is an important part of our verification process.
Your address must be a residential address in the United Kingdom and not a PO Box.
If you need to change the address on your account that you provided to us during the application process you can contact our support team via chat.
Our support agents will guide you through the process for you to change your residence address and ensure that your new address will meet our verification requirements as per applicable laws.
