Do I have to be a citizen of one of the countries listed above to register?
You do not have to be a citizen of the particular country to register, but you must be a resident of said country and be able to provide us with (i) a Tax Identification Number, or local equivalent, and (ii) proof of address confirming your residence in the country, if asked.
