At Shares, we value connections, while you can always stay connected with other investors once your profile is created, to start investing you will need an investing account.

Here you can find the main differences between them:

Social Profile

When you create a social profile with us, you will be able to do the following:

  1. Follow other investors / Accept follow requests from other investors

  2. Look at the portfolios of people whom you follow

  3. Message people with whom you have a 2 way connection (both of you need to follow each other) and be a part of a group chat

  4. Like, and comment on the activities of people whom you follow

  5. Monitor performance of various assets

Investing account

When you create an investing account with us, you will not only be eligible to use all the perks available from the social account but you will also be able to do the following:

  1. Invest in a wide range of stocks, cryptocurrencies, or ETFs depending on your country of residence

  2. Optimize your portfolio with key analytics

  3. Post your trades to your followers

Please note that you will not be able to access avail the features of the investing account when you only have a social profile. You will however have access to all our services when you create the investing account.
