At Shares we value connections, while you can always stay connected with your friends once your profile is created, to start investing you will need an investing account.

Here you can find the main differences between them:

Social Profile

When you create a social profile with us, you will be able to do the following:

  1. Add friends.

  2. Look at your friend’s portfolio.

  3. Message your friends and be a part of a group chat.

  4. Be a part of a watchlist along with your friends and monitor various assets

  5. Look, like, and comment on your friends' activities.

  6. Monitor performance of various assets

Investing account

When you create an investing account with us, you will not only be eligible to use all the perks available from the social account but you will also be able to do the following:

  1. Invest

  2. Create your portfolio.

  3. Create statuses on your investments and have access to our unique social feature “Ghost mode”.

Please note that you will not be able to avail the features of the investing account when you only have a social profile. You will however have access to all our services when you create the investing account.
