In rare cases, the reward might not be added, to make sure you qualified for it, check the following:
Make sure that you installed the app using the referral link from your friend who invited you. If you installed the app without using the referral link but have not yet started the onboarding process, simply uninstall the app and reinstall using your friend's link.
After the app is installed, go through the full sign-up flow and create an investment profile after finishing creating a social profile. Please note that our referral program is only available to our UK members at this time. When you create an investment profile, you will be asked to verify your identity so make sure to get your ID ready.
When you finish signing up, we will take about 10 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours to have your account verified.
After being verified, deposit at least £1 to your Shares account and you should receive your reward within 24 hours.
