The Client Portal is your secure digital space on the Shares Pro platform, where you can track your investments managed by your Wealth Manager, access important documents, and manage your account details. The portal is available to all verified clients.
How do I access the Client Portal?
Once your account is verified, you will receive a welcome email.
This email contains a button called “Open Shares Pro”.
Clicking this button will redirect you to the Client portal.
On your first login, you will need to set your password:
Click on “Forgot password” on the login page.
Enter your registered email address.
You will receive an email with a Reset password button. Please note: this reset link is valid for 15 minutes only.
Create a new password following the security requirements:
Minimum 8 characters
Must include letters, numbers, and a special character
Re-enter your password to confirm
Once the password has been created, you will be redirected to the login page.
From now on, you can use your email address and password to sign in.
In case you have multiple accounts under the same email address, you will be prompted to select which one you want to access after logging in.
What can I do in the Client Portal?
Check your portfolio (performance, invested amounts, gains/losses) by accessing the Portfolio section.
Switch between accounts (CTO and PEA (if created)) by accessing the Portfolio section.
View available cash, deposit details and payment methods by accessing the Portfolio section.
Access and download documents (account statements, trade confirmations, etc.) by accessing the Documents section.
Switch the platform language (English/French) by accessing the Account section.
See your and your Wealth Manager details by accessing the Account section.
