How to sell assets
Log in and select your Client from the left-side menu.
Click on the Investment Plan from which you want to sell assets.
Click the “Sell” button at the top of the Plan view. A panel opens listing all assets with their current value.
For each asset to sell, enter the amount in euros or click “Max” to sell the full position. Multiple assets can be selected.
Click “Review” to see the order summary:
Account type (CTO or PEA)
Estimated sell amount (indicative — actual amount calculated at execution)
Service fee: 0.20% of the sell amount, minimum €1
Exit fee (if applicable, for Mutual Funds)
Total estimated credit to your client’s account
6. Click “Submit”. The Plan shows “Awaiting confirmation” and the “Sell” button is disabled until the request is resolved.
What your client needs to do
Client receives an email to review the sell request.
Once approved, client receives a second email with documents to sign via YouSign. Once signed, the sale executes.
Cancelling a sell request
You can cancel at any time before your client approves it:
Click on the pending sell operation (“Awaiting confirmation”) in the client’s portfolio.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) and select “Cancel operation”.
The operation is cancelled immediately and assets remain in the portfolio. Your client receives a cancellation notification.
