App is loading slowly? You click a button and nothing happens? Or maybe you heard about new functionality, but it’s not available in your app?
We make every effort to provide the most stable and reliable application possible. However, sometimes things can go wrong anyway. Fortunately, you can fix most of the issues on your own. Here are the tips for you:
Check if you have a stable internet connection.
2. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
Go to Google Play Store app. At the top right corner, click the profile icon. Tap Manage apps & device. Go to Update available, find Shares app and tap Update.
Open the App Store. Click on your profile icon at the top. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Find Shares app and tap Update next to it.
If Shares is not on the list, it means you already have the latest version. After updating, you will be asked to sign in again with your phone number. Simply type in your phone number and log in by using your previous login method.
