To verify your Client account, we will need you to provide us with the Client's Proof of identity and Proof of address, as required by regulation. Please check the below acceptance criteria.

Any document you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and for the sole purpose mentioned above, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Conditions of acceptability
Before sending us your Client’s documents, here are some instructions:
The documents must be in the Client's name;
All documents must be provided in full (all four corners visible);
Documents can be PDFs, photos or screenshots. Please note that these must be of good quality so that we can decipher the document;
Please note that the Proof of identity of the Client will have to be presented to you physically. We do not enable remote onboarding between the Wealth Managers and his Clients.
