Once you have successfully signed in to the platform (for guidance on signing in, check our article: How to sign in to the Shares Pro platform?), you can create a business account for the Client by following these simple steps:
Click the “+” Button: Locate and click the “+” button in the top left corner of the screen, then choose “Business account” to start the account creation process.
Enter Client’s Company Details:Fill in the company’s name or SIRET to search for the company. Please note that currently, we can only open accounts for the following types of business entities: EURL, SARL, SASU, SAS, SC group (SCI, SCP, SPFPL), SELARL.*
Enter Company’s Financial Details: Provide the company’s financial information.
Provide the Company’s LEI (Legal Entity Identifier). If the company does not have one yet, they can apply at lei-france.insee.fr. You can also skip and provide the LEI later at first Investment creation.
Confirm Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs): review and confirm the pre-filled UBO list, or add UBOs manually.
Provide the representative’s required personal and regulatory information.
Complete the Representative’s Investing Experience Questionnaire.
Upload all required Company Documents.
Wait for the Representative to Approve and Sign the Account Opening: Once you’ve submitted the company’s details, the representative will receive an email to confirm the information provided and approve the account creation. After this step is completed, the representative will receive a second email from Yousing (our partner) prompting them to sign the account onboarding documents (including SEPA DD mandate). The account is considered fully approved only once both steps are completed.
Wait for Us to Review Your Client’s Application:
After the representative has approved the account opening request, we’ll review the application and notify you once it’s done.Create an Investment for Your Client: Once your client’s account has been approved, you’ll be able to create investments and request deposits from your client. Note that investing in complex financial products requires a completed MiFID II Product Governance Profile. For more details, see What is the MiFID II Product Governance Profile?
* Shares can onboard business entities with the following INSEE codes: 1000, 2210, 2220, 2310, 2320, 2385, 5470, 5770, 5785, 6540, 6571, 6572, 6573, 6574, 6575, 6576, 6577, 6578, 6585, 6589.
