How to create and manage Plan templates on the Shares Pro platform?

Optimize your workflow by applying similar strategies for different clients. Plan templates allow you to create plans efficiently and save them, so you don’t have to start from scratch with each new client, saving you time.

You can create and reuse templates during the Plan creation process. Please learn more from our article: How to create and manage a Plan on the Shares Pro platform?

You can easily create and manage templates at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Platform: Please learn more from our article: How to sign in to the Shares Pro platform?

  2. Access Plan Templates: Click on your profile icon on the left side of the dashboard. Navigate to the "Plan Templates" section.

  3. Choose the Account Type: Select the CTO or PEA tab. You can create and manage up to 10 templates for each account type.

  4. Edit or Delete Existing Templates: To modify or remove a template, click the “Edit” or “Delete” buttons next to the relevant template.

  5. Create a New Template: Click on “New Plan Template” and follow these steps:

    • Select the account type (CTO or PEA).

    • Enter a name for your template.

  6. Add Assets to the Template: Click the "+" icon next to each asset you want to include (up to 20 assets).

  7. Allocate Percentages:

    • Manual Allocation: Enter the percentage allocation for each asset manually, ensuring the total equals 100%.

    • Automatic Allocation: Use the “Split Evenly” button to distribute the allocation equally across selected assets.

  8. Save the Template: Once all details are complete, click “Save Template”.

Your template is now ready to use. You can manage, edit, or reuse it anytime to streamline your workflow!
