Updated this week

*Available in France only.

Once you successfully created a Plan that has been approved by the Client (please refer to our article: How to create a Plan on the Shares Pro platform?) you can view its details or easily manage it, including cancelling, pausing, and resuming.

Steps to cancel a Plan

Please note that you can cancel a Plan that has already been approved by your client. Below are the instructions on how to do this:

  1. Select the Plan: On the client’s details page, you will find the active and suspended Plans. To cancel a Plan, click on the three dots (next to the cross) and then click on “Cancel”. This will redirect you to the cancellation page.

  2. Review the Cancellation request: Carefully check the details of the Plan you are about to cancel before proceeding.

  3. Confirm your Request: Once you're satisfied with the cancellation details, click the “Submit Request” button to initiate the cancellation process.

  4. Client Notification: The client will receive an email asking them to review and confirm the cancellation.

  5. Confirmation and Notification: Once the client confirms the cancellation, the Plan will be officially cancelled, and you will receive an email notification confirming the action. Upon cancellation, all assets within the Plan will be automatically sold, and the proceeds will be transferred to “Available Funds”.

Steps to Pause and Resume a Plan

Pausing a Plan might be useful for Clients following a specific investment strategy or who prefers to make a large, one-time initial investment. This flexibility allows your Clients to invest a large amount upfront, with the ability to take a break from ongoing payments, and resume the Plan when desired, offering greater control over their investment approach.

  1. Select the Plan: On the client's details page, find the Plan you want to pause or resume. Click on the three dots next to the cross icon and select "Pause Plan" or "Resume Plan" if the Plan was previously paused.

  2. Review and confirm: Make sure to carefully choose the Plan to pause or resume and click on "Confirm".

  3. Client Notification: The client will receive an email asking them to review and confirm the Plan pause or resume request.

  4. Confirmation and Notification: Once the client confirms the request the Plan will be officially paused/resumed, and you will receive an email notification confirming the action.

Pausing Request:

  • Investment Pause: The recurring investment will be paused upon proposal submission.

  • Automatic Resume: If no approval is received from the client within 7 days, the Plan will automatically resume.

  • Pending orders: Pause option is available only if there are no pending orders.

Resuming Request:

Once the request for resuming a Plan is approved by the Client it continues the original schedule. For example, if previously executed on 28th, with a monthly schedule ⇾ the next execution will again be on the 28th.
