If you were not able to find the asset you were looking for, you can request for it to be added to our universe within the application itself. To request an unavailable asset;
Navigate to the explore section and tap on the “Search” tab.
Type the name or the ticker of the asset you are searching for. If the asset you are searching for is not present in our asset universe, you will be displayed “No results found” and a tappable link with “request it here”.
Tap on “request it here” and confirm the name/ticker of the asset.
Tap on “Confirm” and your request will be submitted.
We review and evaluate asset requests on a regular basis. Thank you for your interest, it is extremely valuable to us.
