Can I have more than one account?

In accordance with our due diligence obligations when entering into business relationships, we do not allow our users to have multiple accounts under their name. Whether you wish to open a CTO to invest in stocks and ETFs, a portfolio to invest in crypto, or even open a PEA: you only need one Shares account.

However, please note that if you have a company, you can indeed have both a personal Shares account and a business account for your company, and manage both simultaneously from your app. In this case, you can only open one account per company. However, you can create as many accounts as you have companies. Registrations must be made using a different email address and phone number.

If you have requested the closure of your account, you can also request to reopen it by writing to us at support-team@shares.io; there is no need to create a new account.
