How Managed Plans work

Managed Plans allow you to invest on auto-pilot, in a Plan most suited for your individual investing needs. They are designed to allow you to invest with minimal effort. All you need to do is:

  1. Complete the questionnaire: Provide essential information to tailor the Investment Plan by answering some simple questions such as: your investing horizon, goals, experience, etc.

  2. Plan recommendation: Based on your responses, we will handle the rest to prepare an Investment Plan that fits your goals. 💪

  3. Specify your investment amount: Decide how much you want to invest on a recurring monthly basis.

Keep in mind that you need to have your debit card or Apple Pay linked to your account to be able to set up an Investment Plan. If you haven’t added your card or Apple Pay before, you can do it now.

  4. Choose the name for your Plan and add an emoji.

  5. Confirm the selection: To proceed, simply review and confirm your order and the Acknowledgements. Your investments will be carried out automatically monthly based on the asset allocation.

Your Managed Plan will include a selection of various ETFs (a mix of: Equity, Cash and Bond ETFs). Find the detailed instructions on how to create a Managed Plan in our article: How to create a Managed Plan?

Plan management

  • Single Plan limit: Each user can have one active Managed Plan per account.

  • Plan modifications: This is an auto-managed Plan, meaning the asset allocation will be executed monthly and in the future the allocation will be rebalanced according to the initial proposal. As a user, you cannot manually edit the allocation, and you won’t be able to sell the assets individually.

Costs and fees

  • Opening and cancelling a Plan: No service fee is charged to open a Managed Plan, ensuring that the full amount you invest goes directly into the selected assets based on the allocation. There is also no fee charged in case you want to cancel (close) your Plan, which you can do at any time.

  • Management fee: An annual management fee of 1% applies (charged monthly). The management fee is based on the total value of the assets in the Managed Plan. It is calculated daily at the end of the day, based on the total Plan value and then aggregated monthly.
Good news is that we are currently not charging the management fee until September 2024! 🎉
