If your deposit by debit card is unsuccessful, here’s what you can do:
Please check if the linked debit card is in your name. It is prohibited to make payments from a third party debit card.
Please check if you have entered all the card details correctly. Please also make sure of the billing address, which has to be the same address that you have provided while registering your Shares account.
Please check if there are sufficient funds in your bank account when the transaction is being processed.
Please get in touch with your bank to check if they have declined your transaction.
