Bank account:
Withdrawals to a bank account linked via Open banking or Regular bank transfer typically take one day to reach your bank account. We process all withdrawals from the previous day on a daily basis by 9am GMT/10am CET, including weekends.
Debit cards:
Please, note: withdrawals by debit cards are not supported in the EU countries at the moment.
If you are registered with the Shares app from the UK, you can withdraw your money using your debit card. Withdrawals through debit cards often reach your bank account instantly, but on rare occasions can take up to 3 working days.
You can check the status of your withdrawal in the activity section of your profile menu.
We will also send you a push notification when the withdrawal has been sent to your bank account.
