What are the steps to create a personal account for a Client?

Steps to create personal accounts for Clients in the Shares Pro platform

Once you have successfully signed in to the platform (for guidance on signing in, check our article: How to sign in to the Shares Pro platform?), you can create a personal account for your Client by following these simple steps:

  1. Click the “+” Button: Locate and click the “+” button in the top left corner of the screen, then choose “Personal account” to start the onboarding process.

  2. Enter Client’s Personal and Financial Details: Fill in the forms and click the “Next” button.

  3. Complete the Client’s Investing Experience Questionnaire: Fill out the questionnaire on behalf of the Client and click the “Next” button.

  4. Upload Required Documents: Upload the Client’s Proof of Identity, Proof of Address and Bank Identity Statement (RIB) Once uploaded, click “Submit.”

  5. Ask your Client to approve the account opening: As soon as you submit your Client's details, they will receive an email prompting them to confirm the information you've provided. Once the approval is completed, your Client will receive a second email from Yousing (our partner) prompting them to sign the account onboarding documents. The account is considered fully approved only after both steps have been completed.

  6. Wait for us to review your Client: Once your Client has approved the account opening request, we’ll review their application. We’ll notify you when it’s done.

  7. Create an investment for your Client: Once your Client’s account has been approved, you’ll be able to create investments and request deposits from your Client.
