How can my Client deposit money to their Shares account?

Currently, regular bank transfers are only available to clients who were onboarded before your SEPA DD opt in date or before 01/05/2025.

For clients onboarded after these dates, SEPA Direct Debit is the default payment method, and regular bank transfers are not supported. To learn how to set up SEPA DD, please refer to How to set up SEPA Direct Debit on the Shares Pro platform?

To request the deposit via regular bank transfer for your existing clients, follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Client from the list.

  2. Click on the “€ available” button: Locate and click the “€ available” button in the right top corner.

  3. Copy the Transfer Details: Click the “Copy transfer details” button to copy the bank transfer information to your clipboard for easy sharing.

  4. Share the Transfer Details with your Client so that they can make the transfer.

Please note that the funds have to be transferred from a bank account registered in the Client's name. This requirement helps confirm ownership of the funds and safeguards against potential discrepancies.
