How can my Client deposit money to their Shares account?

Learn more about deposit methods available for Client’s accounts on the Shares Pro platform.

Currently, your Client can deposit funds into their Shares account in two ways: via SEPA Direct Debit (To learn how to set up SEPA DD, please refer to How to set up SEPA Direct Debit on the Shares Pro platform?) or via regular bank transfer.

To request the deposit via regular bank transfer for your Clients, follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Client from the list.

  2. Access the cash section, click on the “cash” (or € button) on the top right corner.

  3. Copy the Transfer Details and download RIB: Click the "Copy transfer details" button to copy the bank transfer information to your clipboard for easy sharing.You can also download the RIB directly from this screen by clicking on the “Download RIB” button.

  4. Share the Transfer Details with your Client so that they can make the transfer.

Please note that your client can find the banking details for transfers/download RIB in the Client Portal by following steps 2 and 3 after logging in.

Please note that the funds have to be transferred from a bank account registered in the Client's name. This requirement helps confirm ownership of the funds and safeguards against potential discrepancies.
