Open the app and navigate to the Explore section (the magnifying glass) on the tab bar at the bottom of the app. Here you can:

  • Type in the name or ticker name of the stock or ETF you are looking for in the search field.

  • Search through Collections at the top of Explore, you can find stocks grouped by categories and a separate collection dedicated to the ETFs.

  • At the bottom of this page, you will see the option “See all assets”, tap on it. You will be navigated to the Stock screener page. All the stocks present in Shares are listed in alphabetical order. Additionally, you can filter through stocks using the following sort options:

    • Sectors

    • Performance

    • Market cap

A ticker name is a unique symbol assigned to the stock by which it can be easily identified. In the Shares app, the tickers are displayed under the name of the stock.

Note: if you have access to trading ETFs (France only), you will see the option of selecting asset class in the Stock screener page. Once the asset class is selected (e.g. “stocks”, or “ETFs”), you can filter through the asset class. You can filter through ETFs using the following sort options:

  • Performance,

  • Market Cap,

  • Sectors,

  • Countries.

In the home screen called “Invest”, you can:

  • Select a stock within your existing portfolio.

  • You can browse the stocks listed in the Watchlist.

  • You can also select stocks from the “Top Movers” or the “Most traded on Shares” list present in the Invest screen.

If you were unable to find the stock or an ETF you were searching for, you can request it to be added. Check out how to do it here: How to request an asset?
